无机阻燃剂天然水镁石的表面改性机理 被引量:5

摘要 国外对水镁石作阻燃剂已有所报道。将亲水性的无机阻燃剂与亲油性的高分子化合物达到完好相容,形成阻燃复合材料,国内目前尚未见报道。根据对水镁石结构特点的分析,以钛酸酯为偶联剂,探讨了水镁石表面改性作用机理。结果表明,通过改性前后水镁石填充于聚丙烯树脂中的扫描电镜照片的对比,经过表面改性处理后的水镁石粉在聚丙烯树脂中分散均匀,达到完好相容。此项研究为进一步开发利用水镁石矿藏资源,制备水镁石阻燃聚丙烯材料提供了理论依据。 Using brucite as fire retardant has been reported abroad. Reports on making hydrophilic inorganic fire retardant to be compatable with hydrophobic polymer in order to obtain compound materials has yet not been found in our country. Based on the analysis of brucite structure, the machanism of surface modification with ester titanate as the coupler is discussed. The result shows that the brucite powder after surface modification has mixed in polyacrylic resin much better than unmodified brucite has, which can be seen through camparing SEM photos of modified brucite to the photos of unmodified bracite. The result provides the theoritical foundation for using brucite as fire retardant in polyacrylic materials.
