Application of SLPC*E Selftuning PID Controller

对ＳＬＰＣＥ型自整定调节器的两个特殊功能进行了讨论，即专家自整定系统（简称ＳＴＣ）功能和可变型设定值滤波（简称ＳＶＦ）功能，将数字ＰＩＤ控制方法的专家系统技术融合在一起，从模仿人整定参数的判断推理决策入手，以经典的ＺｉｅｇｌｅｒＮｉｃｈｏｌｓ整定规则为基础，利用实际控制信息，将操作者的操作经验技巧归纳为一系列整定规则，运用到不同的对象模式，从而达到系统的最优控制。

The paper discussed two special functions of SLPC*E controller. One is the selftuning control function with expert system (STC) and the other is the function of changable septoint filter. Associating the control methods of digital PID with the expert system technique, beginning with simulating the reasoning and design of parameter adjustment, taking classical ZieqlerNichols adjustment rule as a basis, using concrete control information to make the operator′s emperience into series of rules and apply them to other control objects can achieve the best control over system.
