摘要
为适应马岭高含盐油藏聚合物驱油需要,建立了以10%水解度和30%浓度的水溶胶聚丙烯酰胺为配液原料的聚合物配注站,部分克服了国产干粉聚合物分子量偏低的缺点。流体流变学计算结果和矿场配注实践表明,本配注站流程设计合理,所配聚合物溶液的主要技术指标符合聚合物驱替地质方案要求。在新岭266单井试注中,已累计配注600~1000mg/L聚合物驱油剂溶液18308m3,注入压力由9MPa上升到14.5MPa,井组综合含水率上升趋势已得到控制,日产油量开始回升。
In order to suit the needs of polymer flooding in Malin reservoir with high salinity,adistribution station for polymer injection allocation was built.The ingredient of polymer is hydrosal PAM(polyarylamide) with 10% degree of hydrolysis and 30% concentration.The hydrosal polymer overcomes drawback of domestic dry power polymer on some extent which has low molecular weight.The results of theological calculation and practice of field injection allocation indicate that the flowsheet design of injection allocation is reasonable and that the main technical specifications of polymer solution accord with the demands of polymer flood scheme.In the injection of Xinlin 266 well,18308m 3 polymer solution with 600 1000mg/L concentration were injected,injection pressure increased to 14.6MPa from 9 MPa,the raising tendency of composite water cut in well group has been controlled,oil production rate has started to raise,the oil displacement effect with polymer flood displayed initially.
