凝溶胶蛋白的生物学功能及临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 1凝溶胶蛋白（gelsolin）的结构 凝溶胶蛋白是凝溶胶蛋白超家族成员之一，属肌动蛋白结合蛋白．普遍存在于哺乳动物和非哺乳动物的体内。该蛋白质家族由gelsolin、微丝切割蛋白（adseverin）、绒毛蛋白（villin）、加帽蛋白G（capG）、绒毛蛋白样蛋白（advillin）、肌动蛋白成束蛋白（supervillin）、flightlessI等7种蛋白质组成。
