成膜树脂防塌剂FGA的研究

FGA是一种成膜树脂,无荧光,无污染,它属于中等分子量的非离子型的饱和碳链聚合物。室内评价了FGA抑制粘土膨胀,防止页岩分散,降低滤失量及泥饼渗透率,与常用处理剂的配伍性及抗污染的效果。结果表明,FGA具有防止粘土膨胀和分散,降低钻井液滤失量和泥饼渗透率,与CMC、K-PHP、SMP等常用处理剂有较好的配伍性,FGA钻井液具有较好的抗盐侵、钙侵、劣土侵能力及抗温能力。柴3井使用了FGA钻井液对松散的易塌地层起到了明显的稳定作用。

Film-forming resin FGA, a saturated carbon-chain non-ionic polymer, can be used as anti-sloughing a-gent in drilling fluid. Tests indicate that FGA could be used to inhibit clay swelling and dispersion, decrease mud filtration and cake permeability. It is compatible with mud additives as CMC, K-PHP and SMP, has good salt and calcium resistance, and good temperature tolerance. Application in Cai-3 well indicate that FGA can solve hole stabilization problem effectively.
