摘要
伊宁凹陷煤层发育,单层厚度大,钻井过程中经常发生塌、漏、卡等事故。分析了该区煤层发生复杂情况的原因。提出了采用低固相钾盐聚合物钻井液体系,即在一开钻井液中加入K-PAM、SL、Na-HPAN及NH_4-HPAN胶液转化而成。经现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性及润滑性,防塌能力强,满足了该区煤层钻井的要求。
Such problems as sloughing, lost circulation and stuck pipe occured frequently in drilling the coalbed forma tion of Yining Sag. The causes were analyzed and a low solid polymer formate drilling fluid system was promoted. The system is converted by adding K-PAM, SL, Na-HPAN, and NH.-HPAN solution in base fluid, for drilling the top interval. Field application indicate the good rheology, better lubrication and anti-sloughing properties of the system.
