摘要 通过对多台并联运行变压器组在不同运行方式下的损耗进行分析,得出变压器组的节能运行点。根据此节能运行点建立变压器控制模型,由此设计一套变压器节能运行智能控制装置。该装置主要由执行单元、测量单元和智能运行控制器3部分组成,智能运行控制器的主控系统由FPGA和DSP构成,其中FPGA主要完成信号的采样和控制,DSP则完成算法的实现及无线模块的通信。在控制算法中根据实时负荷、时间和温度,采用模糊控制方法,避免了开关的频繁动作。实验表明,变压器节能运行智能控制装置适用在多配电变压器的配电房,能够减少变压器组功率损耗。 The power loss of multiple transformers in parallel connection under different operational modes is analyzed and the energy-saving point of transformer group operation is deduced, according to which the control model is built and an intelligent controller for the energy-saving operation of distribution transformers is designed. It consists of the execution unit, measuring unit and intelligent control unit. The master control system is based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) and DSP(Digital Signal Processor). FPGA is responsible for the data sampling and control while DSP for the realization of control algorithm and wireless communication. The fuzzy control is applied according to the real-time load, duration and temperature to avoid frequent switching action. Experiment shows that the controller is suitable for the substations with multiple distribution transformers to reduce transformer loss.
