摘要
合成基钻井液是作为油基钻井液的替代体系在90年代初发展起来的,分为酯基、醚基、聚α-烯烃基等钻井液。经过大约5年的应用,现已发展并形成第二代合成基钻井液,主要以线型α-烯烃,内烯烃和线型石蜡基钻井液为代表。对比介绍了各种合成基液的物理化学性能以及合成基钻井液的组成、性能与应用情况,对比了第一代与第二代合成基钻井液的优缺点。
The synthetic-base drilling fluids, including esters, ethers, and polyalphaolefins. were introduced as alternatives to conventional oil-based muds at the beginning of 1990's. To date, the second generation synthetic base fluid are developed, including linear alpha olefins, isomerised olefins and linear paraffin. The base fluid properties, composition, characteristics and applications of synthetic-based drilling fluids are introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the two generation syntheic base fluid are also compared.
