本文论述了市场经济下,为适应市场经济的要求,采油厂实施GB/T19000标准的必要性;并从质量体系环境分析、质量模式选择、质量要素选择方面对处于承包、油公司、规范油公司三个体制阶段实施GB/T 19000标准的具体情况进行了探讨.
This article discusses the neccesity of implementing standard GB/T 19000 in oil production unit, and discusses implementing standard GB/T 19000 in three stages (contract, oil company and standard oil company), from quality system environmental analysis, choices of quality model and selection of quality keyelements
