和胃降逆法治疗反流性食管炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Heweijiangni Method in Treatment of 30 Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察和胃降逆法对反流性食管炎患者中医证候及内镜表现的影响。方法将60例反流性食管炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组给予中医和胃降逆法治疗;比较两组中医证候和内镜表现情况。结果中医和胃降逆法与西医治疗对反流性食管炎的中医证候和内镜表现的影响相当。结论和胃降逆法治疗反流性食管炎具有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe influence of Heweijiangni method on traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome and endoscopic expression of reflux esophagitis（RE） patients. Methods： 60 RE patients were divided into control group（30 cases） and treatment group（30 cases）. The control group were treated by west medicine, and the treatment group were treated by Heweijiangni method. The curative effects in TCM syndrome and endoscopic expression were compared in two groups. Results： There were the same effects on TCM syndrome and endoseopic expression in two groups. Conclusion： Heweijiangni method has a better effect in treatment of RE.
