姜黄素对高脂血症大鼠肾脏免疫组化的影响

摘要 目的观察姜黄素对高脂血症大鼠肾脏免疫组化的影响。方法喂食高脂饲粒(膏粱厚味)造成大鼠高脂血症致肾脏损害模型,姜黄素(高、中、低剂量)同时干预给药12周,实验结束后,分别检测血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、肾皮质免疫组化层粘连蛋白(LN)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)。结果姜黄素能降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C,减少肾皮质LN、FN的产生和α-SMA的过度表达,呈现量-效依赖关系。结论姜黄素能防治高脂血症所致的肾脏损害,以高剂量姜黄素作用最为显著。 Objective: To explore the effect of curcumin on immunohistochemistry of kidney in rats with hyperlipemia. Method: The rats model of renal injury caused by hyperlipemia were made by feeding high - lipid forage, meanwhile, intervened by administering curcumin at high, medium and low dosage for 12 weeks. After the experiment, respectively serum lipid(TG, TC, HDL - C and LDL - C), renal cortex immunohistochemistry (LN, FN, and α- SMA) were detemined. Results: The curcumin could decrease TC, LDL - C, TG, reduce the production of renal cortex LN, FN and the expression of renal cortex α- SMA, in a dose - effect relationship. Conclusion: The cureumin can prevent and treat the renal injury caused by hyperlipemia, especially the curcumin in the high dosage group showing best.
