水溶性绞股蓝皂苷和多糖提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 以绞股蓝为原料,采用热水浸提、超声波强化、大孔树脂层析等方法,对绞股蓝中的主要活性成分皂苷和多糖进行综合提取、分离和纯化。通过正交试验对提取工艺条件进行优化,得出最佳工艺条件为超声波功率20W、作用时间15min、85℃、pH9。绞股蓝皂苷的得率和纯度分别为3.06%和90.16%;绞股蓝多糖的得率和纯度分别为10.34%和81.52%。 The integrative extraction process was developed to extract polysaccharides and saponins from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum. The raw material was treated with ultrasonic, immersed into distilled water, filtered and separated by macro-porous resin column chromatography. By the above treatment, polysaccharides and saponins, which were the main active components of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, were extracted, separated and purified.The extraction technology of Saponin and polysaccharides is discussed by orthogonal design. The optimal extraction technological factors were as follows: ultrasonic wave in 20 W, extraction time was 15 min, extraction temperature was 85 ℃, and pH9. The yield rate of saponin was 3.06 %of the dried powder of bitter gourd, with the purity of 90.16 %.The yield rate of polysaeeharides was 10.34 %, with the purity of 81.52 %.
