摘要
采用超声波浸提法从灵芝菌丝体中提取总三萜,以熊果酸作为标准品,采用分光光度计法测定其含量。以正交试验设计优化工艺条件,在85%的乙醇溶液中浸泡2h,150W功率下超声提取30min,从灵芝菌丝体中提取的总三萜最多。
Extract triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum mycelium with ultrasonic.And the malol was used as standard sample, triterpenoids was detected by colorimetric. Using orthogonal experimental design optimize technological conditions. Under Soaking in 85 %methanol for 2 h,150 W power for 30 min,using ultrasonic method, triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum mycelium can be extracted the most.
