This article mainly introduce some processing technology that taking the Pleurotusostreatus (Jacq- exFr.)Que as the primary raw material, product the high nutritional, flavor unique Pleurotusostreatus (Jacq- exFr. )Que food, and provides a new way for the Pleurotusostreatus (Jacq-exFr.)Que's intensive processing.
