摘要
提出食品中沙门菌的环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)检测方法。针对沙门菌特异性基因invA,设计了4条沙门菌LAMP检测特异性引物,建立食品中沙门菌LAMP检测方法。用16个血清型45株沙门菌,58株近源菌验证试验表明,所建立的LAMP方法准确且灵敏度高。加菌试验表明,食品样品中沙门菌检测低限为1.5CFU/100g;新建的LAMP方法与FDABAM方法比较试验表明,二种方法的检测结果完全符合。本方法特异性好、灵敏度高、与传统方法相比可节省大量时间且对实验仪器和操作人员的要求低,非常适于在实际工作推广。
The LAMP detection targeted the invA gene sequence with four species specific primers. The detection was evaluated by 15 strains of Salmonella 82 serums and 52 negative strains of Enterobacteriaceae. The specificity of LAMP detection was compare with the FDA/BAM classical method. The sensitivity of LAMP detection was 1.5 CFU of Salmonella per 100g infant formula. It's an economic method for extend in dairy industry.
