摘要 套管断铣开窗、定向侧钻工艺技术,是利用老井井身,用水力断铣工具将井下套管铣去一截,形成裸露的井段。在该井段打上水泥塞,作为人工井底,采用定向钻井工艺,使侧钻井眼进入目的层位;完井后利用原地面采油、输油设施实现二次采油。作者们在完善套管开窗定向侧钻技术的同时,又研制出177.8mm套管开窗断铣工具,使该油田的套管开窗工艺技术达到了国内先进水平,从而大大降低原油开发的综合成本,提高经济效益和社会效益。 Abstract Window cutting and directionally side tracking technology presented here below utilizes hydraulically actuated section mill to mill out an interval of casing in the hole and establish a section of open hole in an old bore hole. A cement plug is pumped across the open hole section as effective bottom hole.Directional drilling technology is then employed to drill into the target zone. Oil and gas are produced through original surface production facilities after completion during secondary recovery phase.Seven inch section mill was developed and improvement on window cutting and side tracking was achieved. The 7inch tool, window cutting and side tracking technology are at advanced level domestically.The technology described here are proven to be cost effective, have brought about enhanced economic returns and social benefits.
