摘要
目的用静态法制备川芎嗪树脂复合物并考察其交换动态变化。方法用HPLC法考察交联度为4%、8%、12%及粒径为80~100、100~200、200~400目的阳离子交换树脂对川芎嗪交换率的影响。结果交联度越大,交换率越小,释药越慢;粒径大小对交换率影响不大,但影响达到交换平衡的时间。结论药物与树脂的交换过程受树脂交联度、粒径的影响。
Objective To prepare tetramethylpyrazine-resin complex and investigate its exchange dynamics. Methods The effects of resin cross-linkage (4% , 8% , 12% ) and resin size (80 - 100, 100 -200, 200 - 400 mesh) on the exchange rate of tetramethylpyrazine were evaluated by HPLC. Results Higher crosslinkage of the resin decreased the exchange rate and slowed the release of tetramethylpyrazine from the resin. Size of the resin had no much effect on the exchange rate, but it affected to time to reach exchange balance. Conclusion The exchange process of tetramethylpyrazine-resin was affected by the size and crosslinkage of the resin.
