摘要
目的建立益肾养元合剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别益肾养元合剂中的何首乌、金樱子、狗脊;采用高效液相色谱法测定益肾养元合剂中二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出了何首乌、金樱子、狗脊;二苯乙烯苷进样量在25.82~826μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为102.0%,RSD为0.83%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便、专属性强、准确、重复性好,可作为益肾养元合剂的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Yishenyangyuan mixture. Methods TLC was used to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Rhizoma Ciboth in the mixture. The content of 2,3,5,4′-tcttahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in the mixture was analyzed by HPLC. Results Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Rhizoma Ciboth could be identified by TLC. 2,3,5,4′-tettahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside showed a good linear correlation over the range of 0.0258 - 0. 826 mg( r = 1. 000 0). The average recovery of 2,3,5,4′-tettahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D- glueoside was 102.0% with RSD 0. 83% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible for the equality control of Yishenyangyuan mixture.
