摘要
通过对厦门-金门海域漂浮垃圾污染问题的调查和存在问题的分析,从法规、规划、管理体制和运行机制等方面提出了厦门-金门海域漂浮垃圾的整治对策。
According to investigation of floating waste pollution in Xiamen-Jinmen sea area and analysis of existing problems, the countermeasures for floating waste control in Xiamen-Jinmen sea area were put forward from regulations, planning, management system, operational mechanism.
