摘要
针对传统高频感应焊接电源存在开关损耗大、功率因数低、大功率输出电路稳定性差的问题,设计一种以IGBT为开关管的半桥串联谐振高频感应焊接电源,并制造试验样机一台,实验结果表明该设计方案采用新颖频率追踪电路保证了开关元件在各种负载条件下可靠工作在零电流软开关状态,并且利用自动稳压电路使整机工作可靠性得到提高.
A novel half-bridge series-resonant high-frequency induction welding power supply with IGBT as swich was designed and tested for the traditional high-frequncy induction welding power supply has much more swiching power loss and low power quantity,and woks unstability at great power supply. Its result showed :this new designment is able to procure zero-current swich at variety of load . And using auto balance voltage circuit improve the dependability of device.
