油罐冒顶憋压损坏后的修复

Rehabilitation of oil tank damaged by badly bleeding and oppression

格拉输油管道西大滩泵站4号工艺油罐,因阀门串油和量油孔密封、机械呼吸阀及液压安全阀失灵而造成严重冒顶憋压,致使油罐变形严重,四周翘起,罐壁第一圈钢板被撑开宽3mm、长150 mm裂口,造成大量跑油。经采取一系列措施,排出油气,对油罐裂口实施了电焊补强板焊接,对油罐变形进行了定位处理,恢复了油罐的功能。此罐修复后投入使用至今已3年多,未发生渗漏跑油等异常情况,说明修复工作较为理想。

Badly bleeding and oppression occurred to 4# process oil tank at Xi Da tan pumping station in Gela oil pipeline resulting from valve leakage and out of order in dip hole seal, mechanical breather valve and hydraulic safety valve led to serious deformation of oil tank, with surrounding sticking up, the first ring steel plate of tank shell bursts to a rent 3 mm in width and 150 mm in length, which resulted in large amount of oil leakage. After a series measures were taken, drained oil gas, electric welding with reinforcement plate upon the rent in oil tank, positioning treatment to the deformed part, the oil tank is recovered to its original function. It is three years after the oil tank's rehabilitation, abnormal leakage event never occurred from the day when it put into operation, which states that the rehabilitation is ideal.
