摘要
研究了大型储油罐下节点弯矩和转角设计计算中的试算问题。认为试算解法比近似求解法较接近于实际工况,但试算解法在实际设计工作中应用很不方便,计算繁琐,容易出错。指出试算法的核心就是求解能同时满足两个方程的L值,针对这一核心问题,提出了采用最优化理论求解两个方程的新解法,建立了新解法的数学模型。通过实际算例,说明了新解法的实施步骤,并验证了新解法的可行性、科学性和实用性。
By studying trial calculation problem in design calculation for lower node bending moment and corner of large-sized oil tank, it is considered that trial calculation solution is much closer to actual work situation than approximate solution but trial calculation solution is not convenient for application in actual design work, with tedious calculation and liable to make mistakes. It points out that the kernel of trial calcu- lation method is to find a solution that can satisfy L values of both equations. Based on the kernel problem, it points out a new solution using optimum theory to solve both equations and establishes a mathematics model for the new solution. Explains executive procedure of the new solution through actually calculated case and verifies the feasibility, science and practice of the new solution.
