摘要 对影响重油催化裂化外甩油浆自然沉降净化效果的主要因素进行了考察,得出在静止油浆中催化剂粉尘的沉降速度和油浆的净化效果主要与催化剂的颗粒分布、沉降时间、沉降器的深度及沉降温度有关。其最佳净化温度为250℃左右,浅池、长时可使净化率提高。 The influence factors of purification efficiency by natural subsidence of slurry oil withdrawal in residue catalytic cracking are studied in this paper. The subsidence velocity of catalyst powder and the purification efficiency of slurry in the static slurry are mainly affected by time and temperature of subsidence, depth of subsider as well as size grade of catalyst. The best temperature is about 250℃. The shallow subsider and long time can improve the purification efficiency.
