摘要
为了深入理解DHX工艺过程并为DHX塔设计提供基础数据,用DHX模拟软件对DHX塔进行计算,研究DHX塔的工艺特点。结果表明,吸收剂在DHX塔内下降过程中大量汽化,塔内气液相负荷自下而上都逐渐增加。塔内温度、流率、浓度分布受原料气组成的影响较大。原料气中C1/C2越小,塔内各板温度则越低,液相中C3浓度自上而下提高幅度则越大,C3回收率则越高。DHX塔理论板数以4~6块为宜。
Using the DHX simulation sofewere system, DHX column and its characteristics were studied in order to achieve a better comprehension about DHX process and to obtain basic data for desingning DHX column. The results show that both loads of gas and liquid from bottom to top along the DHX column gradually increase because absorbent vaporizes largely when it drop along the DHX column. The distribution of temperature, flow, and concentration were significantly influenced by the composition of gas feed. The smaller the ratio of C1/C2 in the gas feed is, the lower the temperature of each tray of DHX column is, therefore the bigger the increase extent of C3 content in the liquid phase is, the higher the rate of C3 recovery is. The number of applicable ideal tray is 4~6 in the DHX column.
