摘要
以从二羧酸分离出的戊二酸酐和正丁醇为原料,在杂多酸催化作用下酯化合成了戊二酸双丁酯。考察了醇酐摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂及用量等因素对酯化反应的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件:醇酐摩尔比2.5:1,反应温度130℃,反应时间120min,杂多酸用量为体系总质量的0.55%,带水剂甲苯用量为10mL。在此条件下酯化率可达99%以上。利用红外光谱对产品进行了分析。
The synthesis of dibutyl glutarate in catalysis of heteropoly acids has been carried out by esterification of n-butyl alcohol and glutaric anhydride seperated from dicarboxylic acid. The dependence of alcohol-anhydride ratio,reaction temperature and time, the type and amount of catalysts etc. was investigated. The better process conditions of this preparation were determined: alcohol-anhydride ratio of 2.5:1, reaction temperature of 130℃, reaction time of 120 min, the amount of heteropoly acid of 0.55 % (the total mass of system), the amount of toluene of 10 mL, in which the rate of esterification of product can achieved to 99 % or more. The IR spectrum and some performance indications have also been determined.
