摘要
对3种脱砷脱氯方案进行了研究。结果表明,采用脱砷方案可将原料中的砷氯含量脱出至满足重整的进料要求,但需增设一个脱砷反应器;采用脱砷脱氯方案不能将原料中的氯含量脱出至满足重整进料小于0.5μg·g-1的要求;采用脱砷-加氢-脱氯联合工艺方案,将装置现有的脱氯反应器改为脱砷-加氢-脱氯反应器,可将原料中的砷氯含量脱出至满足重整进料的要求,该工艺方案对重整装置进行技术改造是切实可行的,它将为企业带来较大的经济效益。
Three dearsenic-dechlorine schemes have been studied. The study pointed out that another reactor was needed in order to make dearsenic-dechlorine feedstock meet the demand of arsenic and chlorine contents for dearsenic schems. The results showed that it was impossible for the dearsenic dechlorine scheme to remove chlorine to less than 0.5 μg·g-1.For the united dearsenic-dechlorine hydrogenation scheme, however the arsenic and chlorine contents of feedstock could meet the reforming demand by using the present reactors with three kinds of catalysts. It was prachcable for current reforming units to be improved. This scheme will bring vast direct and indirect economic profits.
