三级医师检诊制度是我国临床医师基本工作制度,其重要性位于七大核心制度之首。目前对于该工作及其影响因素的基础理论研究尚不够完善,本文通过实际调研和查阅国内文献资料,重点围绕三级医师检诊制度的应用背景、工作细则及在临床实施过程中遇到的问题和对策等进行专题讨论和阐述。

The system of physicians＇ examination in three levels is the basic system of clinicians in our country, and is the top of the seven core systems in health care. At the present, the basic theoretical research on the issue is still in progressing. By researching and reading the documents, we focuses on the problems, especially the background of applying the system of physicians＇ examination in three levels, work details, clinical problems and advanced the countermeasures, which we encountered in the work.
