摘要
目的对现有情况的医患纠纷进行探讨。方法深入分析了导致医患纠纷的一些内在因素,并且提出了解决这些问题的一些措施。结果对医患纠纷有了更进一步的认识和更有效的解决。结论医患之间的矛盾可以通过一些干预措施进行改善,从而提高患者的满意度,更好的贯彻以人为本的医疗服务理念。
Objective To explore the status quo of the medical disputes. Methods We analyzed the internal factors which cause medical disputes deeply, and proposed some measures to solve the problems. Results We have further understood the problems and had more effective solutions. Conclusions The contradictions between the care - providers and patients can be solved by some interventions, so as to fulfill the patients' satisfaction and implement the philosophy of people- oriented in medical service.
