目的提高纸质病案扫描质量,配合医院病案数字化的实施。方法严格规范扫描操作流程,提高扫描人员的责任心,加强质量监督机制,建立健全规章制度,确保扫描质量。结果通过加强质量监控,使扫描制作过程中各环节的不合格率明显减少,有效保证了病人打印病历和临床科研阅览图像质量。

Objective To improve the quality of scanned paper medical records for the implementation of the digital medical records in the hospital. Methods To standardize the operational flow of the scanning strictly, enhance the sense of responsibility of the personnel who scan the medical records, strengthen the system of quality supervision, establish and improve the rules and regulations to ensure the quality of scanning. Results By strengthening quality control, we significantly reduced the failure rate of scanning, and effectively guaranteed the quality of the duplication for the patients and the researchers.
