Application of MCS8098 Monolithic Processorsin PWM Pneumatic Pressurereducing Valve

将ＭＣＳ－８０９８单片机应用于ＰＷＭ气动调压阀的调压控制时，利用其内部的Ａ／Ｄ转换和高速输出ＨＳＯ单元，实现对系统的脉冲宽度调制和闭环控制。实验证明，采用ＭＣＳ－８０９８单片机的ＰＷＭ气动调压阀具有良好的动、静态特性。

When MCS8098 monolithic processor is applied in the modulating pressure control of PWM pneumatic pressurereducing valve,by using MCS8098s A/D translation and high speed output HSO units the systems pulse width modulation and closeloop control are realized.The experiments verify that the PWM pneumatic pressurereducing valve,in which the MCS8098 monolithic processor is applied,has superior dynamic and static characteristics.
