摘要
目的:探讨前交叉韧带(ACL)重建手术后康复护理。方法:206例关节镜下前叉韧带重建手术后康复护理作回顾性分析。术前进行心理护理疾病知识宣教,术后进行密切观察病情,功能训练和护理,出院指导和随访。结果:平均随访15个月,所有病例术前症状消失,关节稳定性明显改善,关节活动度正常。结论:应用镜下交叉韧带重建患者术后康复护理临床效果满意。
Objective： to study the rehabilitation nursing after operation of anterior cruciate ligaments （ACL） reconstruction. Methods： 206 cases arthroscope next the ACL reconstruction to recover from illness the nursing to make to look back the sex analysis after operation. The gose forward to go the mental nursing disease knowledge to teach, the book juniors gose the close observation condition, the function training and nursing, the hosp ital discharge guide and with visit. Results： Equally with visit 15 months, the ex - symptom of all cases disappear, the joint stability obvious improvement, the joint movable degree normal. Conclusion： 206 application mirrors of this ACL recovered from illness, the clinical result satisfaction of nursing after suffer.
