手术室整体护理对低位直肠癌患者围术期心理反应的影响

On Holistic Nursing Care's Contribution to the Perioperative Psychological Reaction of the Patients with Low Rectal Cancer in Operating Room

目的:观察传统护理与整体护理两种模式下的低位直肠癌患者围手术期心理反应的差别。方法:将接受手术的80例低位直肠癌患者随机分为两组。整体组40例,给予有计划的整体护理。对照组40例,仅给予传统的护理方法。监测两组患者术前1天与入室后的脉搏与血压。结果:接受整体护理的低位直肠癌患者术前生理、心理反应有明显改善,入室后的脉搏与血压,与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:运用整体护理有利缓解低位直肠癌围手术期患者的心理反应。

The purpose is to observe the difference of the perioperative psychological reactions of the patients with low rectal cancer under the traditional and holistic nursing cares.The 80 patients with low rectal cancer,who are ready to be operated on,are divided into 2 groups.Each of them includes 40 patients.One group of patients are given the planned holistic nursing care, and the other are only given the traditional nursing care. Through monitoring the pulse and blood pressure of the two groups of patients the day before operation and after entering the operating room,the result shows that preoperative physical,psychological reactions of the patients under holistic nursing care,compared to the ones under the traditional nursing care,are greatly improved.And the conclusion is that the application of holistic nursing care can relieve anxiety of the patients with low rectal cancer during the perioperative
