The Nursing Cooperation of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的:总结腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术的医护配合经验。方法:对33例腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术中医护配合处理过程进行回顾。重点是熟练的掌握手术步骤,正确的体位摆放和气腹机的使用。结果:33例手术中医护配合顺利。结论:充分的术前准备,熟练的术中配合,术中密切观察,特别是正确的体位摆放和仪器的正确使用是保证手术顺利进行的关键。

Objective： To conclude intraoperative nursing experience of laparoscopy-assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Methods： 33 cases of hysterectomy were analyzed retrospectively on intraoperative nursing. The key points are mastering the steps of the operation skillfully, keeping the patients in proper posture, and using the apparatus properly. Results： All cases were operated successfully with the help of intraoperative nursing. Conclusion： Enough preoperative preparation, skillful intraoperative nursing, close intraoperative observation, especially proper body position of the patients and use of the apparatus are the keys of successful operation.
