11例气管切开术后护理

Postoperative Nursing of 11 Cases of Tracheotomy

目的：探讨气管切开术后可能出现的护理问题及采取的护理措施，以减少气管切开患者的并发症，有效提高护理质量。方法：通过对我院2007年5月～2008年6月神经外科11例患者气管切开术后实施气管切口护理、套管护理、气道湿化、吸痰、心理护理等措施进行观察和评价。结果：1例行气管切开后5天放弃治疗自动出院，2例因病情严重行气管切开后2～6天死亡。余8例呼吸道感染得以控制成功拔管，拔管后平稳，气道通畅。结论：气管切开病人采用上述护理措施得当、有效。

Objective. explore the possible problems after the traeheotomy and the corresponding nursing measures, in order to reduce the complications in patients with tracheotomy and improve the quality of care effectively. Methods ： By observing and evaluating the measures applied to 11 cases of neurosurgical patients, such as tracheotomy care, bagged care, airway humidification, suction, psychological care from May 2007 to July 2008 in our hospital. Results： 1 case leaves hospital because of giving up the treatment 5 days after tracheotomy, 2 examples were dead between 2 and 6 days because of the serious condition after tracheotomy, 8 eases with successful control of the respiratory infections to be extubation, condition of the eases were stable after extubation and the airway was unobstructed. Conclusion： the above measures are proper and effective for the patients of traeheotomy.
