摘要 目的:整理近年来有关亚低温治疗脑损伤的部分文献,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:根据相关文献的内容从亚低温的分类、相关研究、亚低温治疗脑损伤的机制、适应症、禁忌症、实施策略,并发症分别展开阐述。结果:亚低温治疗脑损伤疗效显著。结论:其治疗时间窗、对血清CRP水平的影响以及和其他治疗方法的联合应用仍旧需要进一步的研究和探讨。 Objective: to collect and review relevant literatures about hypothermia treatment in brain injury to serve as reference for future clinical application. Methods: According to pertinent literature, this paper expounds on hypothermia categorization, correlation research, mechanism, indication, contraindieation, strategy and concurrent diseases. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of hypothermia treatment in brain injury is predominant. But further study is needed to explore the time of therapy, the effects on CRP and combinational application with other therapy etc.
