合肥市高新区消化性溃疡患病情况分析

Peptic Ulcer Status Analysis in Hefei Hi-tech Zone

目的:了解合肥高新区天乐社区消化性溃疡患病学特点。方法:回顾性分析3年间经胃镜检查诊断为消化性溃疡的病例进行统计学分析。结论:①高新区天乐社区消化性溃疡患病率高于北京地区,好发部位以十二指肠球部溃疡最多,胃溃疡次之,复合性溃疡最低。②溃疡高发季节以冬季高,夏季低。③溃疡患病男性明显高于女性。

Objective： to understand the characteristics of peptic ulcer pathogenesis in Tianle community of high-tech ,zones. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the peptic ulcer cases diagnosed by gastroscopy within 3 years and-analyzed statistically. Conclusion： （1）peptic ulcer incidence in high-tech zones Tianle Community is higher than in Beijing, predilection site occurs most frequently in duodenal ulcer, ulcer followed, and compound uleer ranks the lowest; （2）Winter is the epidemical season for ulcer, and summer reports the lowest incidence. （3） ulcer incidence of male is significantly higher than that of females.
