By using the Group Decision Making (GDM), fuzzy and computer techniques, paper developed an Integrated Systems Analysis Optimization (ISAO) model for evaluating the Industries Priorities in the Technology Importing Decision Making in a province sector In the ISAO model, three fuzzy blocks (the one two stage synthetic evaluations and the nearness analysis) were designed and two GDM approachs were used to integrate experts talent and choose the most satisfied result from several feasible ones finally, a case study was introduced
