摘要
在三元圆柱形坐标系中求解叶轮泵内流体连续方程、运动方程及能量方程,得到相对速度的分布及流面的解析表达式,再按照流面形状设计轴流、径流和混流泵叶轮轮盘及叶片,消除泵内紊流及滞止流,改进叶轮的流体动力学特性并提高泵效率.此方法在混流形叶轮血泵应用后,成功解决了叶轮泵破坏血液的难题.
In a three dimensional cylindric coordinate system, the principle equations of continuity,motion and energy are solved to obtain analytical expressions of relative velocity and stream surfaces, with which the impeller vane and shroud of axial, radial and mixed flow pumps can be designed to eliminate the turbulence and stasis within impeller. This method has been successfully applied in impeller blood pump to reduce the blood damage.
