The Application of Fluidized Bed Water Gas Furnace in the Production of Chemical Fertilizer

研制一种按间歇法工作的沸腾床水煤气气化炉．该炉不用制氧设备，可使用各种粉煤生产水煤气，其工艺流程和固定床水煤气气化炉基本相同，完全可以替代固定床气化炉，特别适用于我国中、小型化肥厂的技术改造．

A type of fluidized bed water gas furnace with intermittent operation is introduced. Without the equipments of oxygen generation, the furnace will produce water gas with various fine coal.On the whole the water gas production process for the furnace is the same as the fixed bed water gas one. The furnace can wholly replace the fixed bed one. This is a kind of ideal water gas production equipment, especially for the technical retrofit of the middle or small chemical fertilizer factory in China.
