A Study on the Method of Highway Construction Project Aggregating

分析了国内目前在公路建设项目划分方面存在的缺陷和不足，提出了一套适合我国公路建设现状的项目划分方法．文中从对路网现状的评价入手，分析了项目选集的生成方法．通过对结点重要度的划分，按照定性分析与定量分析相结合的原则，提出了划分建设项目的“三阶段”法，介绍了划分原则及工作步骤．

The default in the area of present highway construction project aggregating in China is analyzed. Started with existent road network evaluation, this paper analyses the method of generation selective aggregate.By classification of node importance, a new highway construction project aggregating method —“Three Stage Method” is established according to the principle of quantity and quality.The principles and program of project aggregating are also described.
