摘要
根据人们选择出行方式随出行距离而变化的内在规律及交通发展政策基础设施建设水平等外部环境条件的制约与诱导作用，提出分层次进行出行方式划分的思路与方法，在规划实践中具有较强的可操作性．
The level analysis method of urban passenger traffic model structure forecasting is presented based on the objective law of choosing traffic model and the inducement function of traffic development policy and foundational facilities, construction levels, etc. The method is easy to be operated in urban traffic planning.
