摘要
自蔓延高温连接作为一种新型特种连接技术,近些年得到了长足的发展。该方法节约能源、生产效率高,可以广泛地用来焊接结构和性能相异的材料。论文综述了自蔓延高温连接技术的发展现状,详细介绍了其特点及其焊接工艺,重点分析了连接的中间层选择问题,总结了一些典型的异种金属材料及陶瓷与金属材料的连接研究结果。可以预见,随着研究的进一步深入,该方法必将得到更加广泛的应用。
Self-propagating high-temperature joining,which serves as a new type of joining method,has achieved great progress in these years. The energy saving and high efficient method can be applied to weld dissimilar materials with different structure and properties.In this study,the progress of self-propagating high-temperature joining technology was summarized.The analysis puts emphasis on the selection of interlayer and some typical dissimilar metal and ceramic joining.It can be expected that this method will have a wider application with the further investigation.
