软金属层包覆H62黄铜构件的精密扩散连接

摘要 采用扩散焊接方法对H62黄铜及其精密波导构件进行连接,研究了工艺参数对接头质量的影响。研究结果表明:采用在黄铜表面镀覆Ag、Au等软金属中间层,在合理的工艺参数下进行扩散连接,能够获得优质的接头,构件焊后变形率小于0.2%。并且采用镀层可以有效避免焊接过程中Zn的挥发,对设备不会造成有害影响。界面结合率随连接温度及连接压力的升高而增大,但焊后变形率也随连接温度及连接压力的升高而增大,需要根据构件的制造要求寻找合适的工艺规范。对镀Ag(Au)构件而言最佳连接工艺为:连接温度550℃,保温时间30(20)min,连接压力1 MPa。 H62 brass wave guide components were joined by diffusion bonding,and the effect of process parameters on properties of joint was investigated.The result shows that the high quality joints can be achieved using Ag,Au coating metal as soft interface layer under an optimum process parameter,and the deformation rate after bonding was lower than 0.2%.Coating metal can prevent the volatilization of zinc effectively. The bonding rate of interface increased with the increase of bonding temperature and pressure,but the deformation rate after bonding also increased accordingly.Thus,the process parameter should be optimized according to the fabrication requirement.The optimum process parameters of component coated with Ag (Au) were bonding temperature 550 ℃,holding time 30 (20) min,bonding pressure 1 MPa.
