摘要
介绍了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５／ＮＴ下的数据库管理与开发平台Ａｃｃｅｓｓ的特点，论述了如何利用ＯＬＥ等手段来提高工程数据库的开发效率与质量，并结合公路工程机械数据库的开发实例，完成了各类别公路机械数据库建立、事务关系处理、实时检测数据分析处理、网络管理等工作．
Introducing the characteristic of Access database and the developing studio under windows 95/NT environment, this paper discusses how to utilize OLE and ODBC instruments to improve the development efficiency and quality of engineering database. With an example of highway engineering machinery database, varies of databases are built to handle transaction relationship management, real time analysis of examination data, network management, and so on.
