摘要 微生物来源的胆固醇氧化酶在医疗诊断、食品加工、生化制药、抗虫基因工程等方面具有良好的应用价值,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,并开展了大量的研究工作。本文就胆固醇氧化酶的种类、酶学性质、结构、功能、应用及近年来基因工程等方面的研究进展作一综述。 Recently, microbial cholesterol oxidase (COD) has drawn too much attention and lots of related studies have been done due to their perfect application values in clinical diagnosis, food processing, biopharmaceutical industry, and gene engineering, etc. This article reviewed the recent research progress on COD from the following aspects: (1) variety of available bacteria/ sources, (2) enzymatic properties, (3) molecular structure basis, (4) methodology in COD activity assay, (5) COD gene cloning, and (6) applications of COD in clinical diagnosis, food processing, biopharmaceutical industry, molecular biological study and disinsection.
