摘要
研究了偶联剂对废弃物复合材料界面的影响,考察了不同条件下复合材料的抗弯强度、弹性模量、热胀系数.收缩率等性能指标的变化规律,结果表明:用偶联剂对增强材料进行表面处理后,复合材料的性能有明显改善,在主要原材料及工艺一定的前提下该方法是完善复合材料性能的重点研究方向.
This paper studies the influences of KH-560 on the surface of waste composite material.Several type of property such as bending strength,modules of elasticity,coefficient of expansion and contractility were studied under the condition of different technologies.The results state that the property of waste composite material could be improved obviously when the surface of enforced material was treated with KH-560.This method would be the major orientation to improve the property and increase the strength of waste composite material.
