摘要
研究了茶籽的主要营养成份及从茶籽中提取茶油、茶皂素的方法,溶剂选择和工艺流程.结果表明茶籽含油脂约30%,蛋白质11%,淀粉24%和茶皂素约3%.用溶剂萃取法提油和从茶籽渣中提茶皂素的产率分别达26%和41%.茶籽营养价值很高,对其进行综合利用可得茶油,皂素和茶籽饲料三个产品.
This article mainly studies the nutritious compostition in teaseed,the methodes and the process and selection of solvents extracted tea oil and teasaponine from teaseed.The results show that the teaseeds are composed of teaoil 30%approx,protein 11%,starch 24%,the teasaponine 3% approx.The yields of teaoil with solvent extraction and teasaponine from the teaseed residue is up to 26% and 41% respectively.The teaseeds have higer nutritous value,and the three kinds of products,the teaoil ,teasaponine and teaseed feed,can be produced from comprchensive utilization of the teaseeds.
