摘要
为了提高催化剂的稳定性,分析研究了雷尼镍铝合金的组织与合金粒子的相结构及催化剂性能的关系.得出合金的晶粒大小与要求的粉体粒子大小相当,有利于得到心部为Ni2Al3相,表层为NiAl3相结构的理想粒子.过粗的合金组织得出的粉体粒子相结构不够理想,其催化剂的稳定性差.本文添加合金元素以细化晶粒,提高了雷尼镍催化剂的活性和稳定性.
The relationship among the microstructure in Raney nickel aluminum alloy,the phase structure in its particle obtained by crushing and the properties of its catalyst was studied in order to increase the stability of Raney nickel catalyst. An ideal particle consisted of stronger Ni2Al3 phase at its center and more active NiAl3 phase at its surface was obtained when the grain size in its alloy was similar to the size of its particle required for use. The activity and the stabiility of Raney nickel catalyst were approved when the alloying elements were added in its alloy to fine The alloy with coarse grain size can not get good stability because the phase structure of its particle is not ideal.Its microstructure.
