摘要
通过机械合金化方法对不同成分配比的SmFeB混合粉末经40h球磨制备合金.利用X射线衍射,Faraday磁天平和YJ25型静态应变仪研究了SmFeB合金的结构,磁化强度和磁致伸缩.结果表明,随B含量的增加,合金中的非晶及微晶组分增加,比磁化强度σ下降,磁致伸缩|λ∥-λ⊥|值增多.其中Sm35Fe56B9成分的混合粉末经40h球磨后,室温下在930kA·m-1磁化场时(λ∥-λ⊥)=-510×10-6.
Different atomic ratio of SmFeB mixed power was mechanically milled at room temperature for 40h. The structure,magnetization and magnetostriction of SmFeB alloys were studied by using the Xray diffraction,Faraday magnetic balance and YJ25 tape static strain meter. It was found that amorphous or microcrocrystal componennts of SmFeB mixed power increases,while specific magnetization (σ) decreases with the increased content of boron. The magnetostriction of mechanically alloyed Sm35Fe56B9 reaches (λ∥-λ⊥)=-510×10-6at 930kA/m.
