食品免疫学教学的几点体会

Experince in food immunology education

免疫学是一门理论性强、内容繁杂的学科。针对食品学院的学生无系统医学知识的情况,讲解绪论,使其认识到学习食品免疫学的重要性,并采用多媒体动画突出重点内容,通过课堂互动与课后答疑等教学手段,提高学生学习食品免疫学的兴趣。

As a theoretical and complicated subject,Immunology is difficult to learn. To aim at the facts that undergraduate students in food science college had no systemic knowledge of medical sciences,we adopted such methods as explaining exordium for emphasizing the importance of food immunology,highlighing the key contents by using multimedia eourseware and increasing the interaction between students and teacher both in class and after class.
